Due to the nature of our business and COVID-related shipping delays, you may experience a longer shipping time than normal. We are doing our best to get these adorable pieces to your doorstep as fast as possible! If you have any questions about your order, please email sim@shopsimmetry.com. 

All sweats are handmade and will therefore take around 3-5 weeks to ship– TRUST ME, they're worth the wait :) Please allow 3-5 business days after shipping for delivery! We only ship out packages Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship out packages on weekends. 

International orders:

Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities! Please check their website for more info.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number, that can be used to track the status of your package at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input

Need to return or exchange your SIMMETRY order? We offer our customers returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.

At this time we offer free returns/exchanges as long as it's returned within 15 days of delivery; but, the shipping fee will be taken out of the refund amount.

Sweatpants: Our sweatpants run oversized, so we recommend sizing down if you like a more fitted sweat; if you like your sweats a bit baggy, stay true to size :)

Crewnecks and hoodies: Our tops stick to standard sizing, so we recommend sizing up if you prefer an oversized look.

Sweat-shorts: Our sweat-shorts have a loose fit with an adjustable drawstring to tighten around the waist. I recommend sticking true to size with the shorts, as the waistband is stretchy and easy to tighten.
